Valentine’s Ayurvedic Glow Face Mask

This warm herbal mask is a luxurious self-care ritual you can enjoy alone or share with your partner. It blends probiotic yogurt, rejuvenating Ayurvedic herbs, antioxidant-herbs, and saffron: traditionally known as the “golden glow” spice for skin radiance.
Why These Ingredients Work

Ingredients (1–2 Applications)
2 tablespoons full-fat yogurt(or coconut yogurt for a vegan option)
1 teaspoon Brahmi powder
1 teaspoon Gotu Kola powder
1/3 teaspoon Manjistha powder
2 strands saffron
1–2 teaspoons hot water (for soaking saffron)
Instructions
Place saffron strands in a small cup with 1–2 teaspoons of hot water.Let it steep for 5 minutes until the water turns golden.
In a bowl, add yogurt.
Mix in the herbal powders.
Pour the saffron water (including strands) into the bowl.
Stir until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
To gently warm the mask, place the bowl in warm water for 1–2 minutes.It should feel warm — never hot or cold.
Apply evenly to clean, dry skin.
Leave on for 15–20 minutes until it is dry.
Rinse off with lukewarm water using gentle circular motions.
Pat dry and follow with a light moisturizer or facial oil.
Tips for Best Results
Patch test first, especially for sensitive skin.
Use once per week for a consistent glow.
Wear darker clothing — Manjistha and saffron can lightly stain fabrics.
Avoid overheating the mask; warmth is beneficial, heat is not.
Optional Enhancements
1 tsp honey – extra hydration
Rose water instead of regular water for aroma and calmness
1 drop vitamin E oil – added nourishment
