My Story
A few years ago, I lost 50 pounds and with that weight, I shed an old version of myself. It wasn’t just my body that transformed, but my entire life. My relationships, memory, mood, and even the foods I craved began to shift. I had closed my tutoring business during the pandemic, and in the midst of that emotional fallout, I turned to nutrition to help me out of depression. What started as a personal healing journey quickly became a deep passion.
As I learned more, I realized true health isn’t just the absence of disease it’s feeling vibrant, energized, and aligned with your highest potential. That understanding led me to Ayurveda, an ancient system of wisdom that resonated with every part of my being. I began applying Ayurvedic principles to my own life and to my husband’s, and the changes were profound. Physical symptoms from past trauma started to ease. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and conscious eating, I finally began to heal on every level.
â
The Process
My path took me to India, where I immersed myself in the study of Ayurveda and spirituality. That journey changed me forever. When I returned, I knew my life’s purpose was clear: to continue learning and to share this healing wisdom with others.
â
I’ve just completed my first year at the California College of Ayurveda, one of the most respected Ayurvedic schools in the West, and I’m committed to deepening my studies even further.
â
Today, I help others reclaim their health, body, mind, and spirit—through Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, and mindset coaching. This isn’t just a career. It’s my soul’s calling.

My Mission
-
My mission is to help individuals struggling with digestive concerns restore health and create greater harmony in their bodies and lives through the wisdom of Ayurveda.
-
Through personalized one-on-one Ayurvedic consultations and accessible online courses featuring educational videos, practical tools, and interactive assessments, I make ancient Ayurvedic principles easier to understand and apply to modern life.
-
I believe that healing begins with understanding the individual, not simply the symptom. My approach is rooted in education, compassion, authenticity, and respect for each person’s unique constitution, lifestyle, and circumstances.
-
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, I help people understand the deeper patterns that may be contributing to digestive imbalance and learn how food, daily routines, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic principles can support greater balance.
-
My goal is not only to guide people toward better digestion, but to give them knowledge they can carry with them so they feel more connected to their bodies, more confident in their choices, and better equipped to create lasting harmony in their everyday lives.
