Hi, I’m Sepi — passionate about health, nutrition, sustainable weight loss, and thriving with ADHD.

Having personally lost over 50 pounds and navigated the unique challenges of living with ADHD, I understand how overwhelming the journey can feel. That’s why I’m here to share not just my knowledge, but also my lived experience — to help you feel empowered, supported, and inspired.

Over the past year, I’ve also been studying Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda, deepening my understanding of holistic healing and mind-body balance. I’m so excited to integrate this ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices to support you in a truly personalized way.

I’m all about practical, evidence-based strategies you can actually use — tools to improve your health, optimize your nutrition, manage your weight, and create routines that work with your ADHD, not against it.
